The other day at Publix I saw these bootiful jalapeños and the first thing I thought of was how much I wanted to stuff them and try air frying them. I’ve always loved jalapeño poppers but I wanted something quick and easy without the hassle of deep frying. And these babies only take 5 minutes in the air fryer! How convenient and easy is that?! I also got the idea of using a taki bread crumb coating from Stephanie Soo on YouTube. I love watching her true crime mukbangs and she had stuffed a jalapeño with cream cheese and then inserted some takis inside. It looked really yummy so I used that idea and turned it into a whole jalapeño popper.
