Note to self: This is a super healthy and fun way to eat leftovers…Just pop them into some lettuce cups, add a yummy sauce and that’s basically it. It should be a crime at how simple and fast this is. I was debating whether even to put up a video because legit it’s less than 20 seconds but I decided to be extra and just do it anyways just in case the instructions were not clear lol. I like how the chunky raita and the crisp from the lettuce gave a fresh bite to an otherwise spicy dish.
- 14-16 baby lettuce cups
- 2 cups leftover chicken biryani
½ cup chunky raita
- Take each baby lettuce cup and place 2-3 tbsp of leftover biryani in the middle.
- Add ½ tbsp of chunky raita over the biryani.
